UCLAP INDIA Private Limited and its affiliates (“UCLAP”, “we”, “us”) operate a technology platform that connects customers with independent service professionals and partners. By accessing or using our website, mobile applications, or related services (collectively, the “Platform”), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions (“Terms”).

If you do not agree, you must not use the Platform. Additional terms may apply to specific products, promotions, or professional programmes; where they conflict, the more specific terms prevail for that offering.

You must be at least 18 years of age and capable of forming a binding contract under applicable law to use the Platform as a customer. You agree to provide accurate, current information when creating an account and to keep your credentials secure.

You are responsible for all activity under your account. Notify us promptly at uclapindiaservices@gmail.com if you suspect unauthorised access.

UCLAP provides a marketplace and technology layer to facilitate discovery, scheduling, communication, and (where applicable) payments related to services. Unless expressly stated otherwise on an order or contract, service delivery is performed by independent professionals or partners, not by UCLAP as the direct service provider.

Service scope, quality, timing, and warranties for the underlying service are subject to the applicable service description, booking details, and communications between you and the professional. City availability, pricing, and catalogue items may change without notice.

When you place a booking, you offer to purchase the selected service package under the terms shown at checkout (including price, taxes or fees shown, slot or address constraints, and payment method). A contract for the service is between you and the assigned professional or partner; UCLAP may facilitate payment collection, invoicing data, or receipts as described at checkout.

You authorise us and our payment partners to charge your selected payment method for amounts due. Failed payments, chargebacks, or fraudulent activity may result in cancellation of bookings and suspension of accounts.

Cancellation, rescheduling, and refund rules depend on the service type, timing of cancellation, and any promotional or package-specific terms shown at booking. Unless mandatory consumer law requires otherwise, late cancellations or no-shows may incur fees as disclosed in the product or booking flow.

Refund processing (if applicable) may be made to the original payment method or wallet balance as per our then-current refund policy. For disputes related to service quality, please contact support with your booking reference.

Professionals using the Platform are expected to comply with onboarding, safety, documentation, and quality standards communicated to them. UCLAP may monitor ratings, complaints, and compliance signals and may suspend or remove access where reasonably necessary to protect customers or the integrity of the Platform.

Nothing in these Terms creates an employment, agency, or partnership relationship between UCLAP and professionals unless a separate written agreement explicitly states otherwise.

You agree not to:

• Violate applicable laws or third-party rights;
• Harass, abuse, or endanger professionals, staff, or other users;
• Circumvent payments, fees, or safety features, or solicit off-platform payments to evade protections;
• Scrape, overload, or interfere with the Platform’s security or operation;
• Upload malware, unlawful content, or misleading information.

We may investigate violations and cooperate with law enforcement where required.

The Platform, branding, logos, software, and content provided by UCLAP are owned by UCLAP or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes in line with these Terms.

You retain rights to content you submit; you grant UCLAP a worldwide licence to host, display, and process such content as needed to operate and improve the Platform.

The Platform is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the fullest extent permitted by law, UCLAP disclaims implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, and does not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, UCLAP’s aggregate liability arising out of or related to the Platform or these Terms shall not exceed the greater of (a) the fees you paid to UCLAP for the specific booking giving rise to the claim in the three (3) months before the event, or (b) Indian Rupees five thousand (₹5,000). We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations; in those cases, our liability is limited to the maximum permitted by law.

You will defend, indemnify, and hold harmless UCLAP and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from claims, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the Platform, your breach of these Terms, or your violation of law or third-party rights.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to mandatory consumer protections, the courts at Gorakhpur, Uttar Pradesh shall have exclusive jurisdiction, and you consent to their venue. We encourage you to contact support first to resolve concerns informally.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the revised version on this page and update the effective date. Where changes are material, we may provide additional notice (for example, by email or in-app message). Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
